Our ridge tiles needed repairing and we had a leaky gutter. We were given 2 options and therefore two prices. We went with the higher price, no maintenance option. Work started quickly and the scaffolding went up over a couple of days.… More We were sent photos of the work that was being carried out and were happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the team.The only drawback was they forgot to replace the gutter bracket. I contacted the company a couple of times and the work was completed a few weeks later. The roofer was very apologetic.All in all I’m satisfied with the work completed and would recommend.
We have been using Lords for many reroof projects and roof repairs for 3+ years now for properties we manage and they are always on hand to help and leave a good finish whether it be a repair or a re-roof.
